By using Recapr, you agree to these terms. We'll keep this short.

You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Don't share login credentials. One account per person.

You must own (or have permission to use) the audio you upload. By uploading, you confirm you have the right to transcribe the content under applicable laws (which in some jurisdictions requires consent from all parties recorded).

Don't upload: content that violates someone else's rights, illegal content, malware, or anything you don't have the right to process.

We aim for 99% uptime but don't guarantee it. Transcription accuracy is typically 90-95% but varies with audio quality. AI summaries can occasionally miss or misinterpret context — review them before relying on them for important decisions.

Recapr is provided "as is." We're not liable for losses arising from use, downtime, transcription errors, or AI mistakes.

Pro is billed monthly. Cancel anytime — your plan stays active until the end of the current period. No partial-month refunds.

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to break it, upload illegal content, or violate these terms.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to you at least 14 days before taking effect.
